Govt may seek UN help to recover siphoned off money:

The government would seek help of the United Nations, if necessary, to take back the siphoned off money from abroad, Finance Minster AMA Muhith today (Tuesday) said.
The government has already sought help of the USA and the UK for this purpose, Muhith told reporters after the visiting UN Assistant Secretary General called on him at the Secretariat.
He said, "The government knows an incident of siphoning off money to abroad. About this, a case is undergoing at a court in the USA."
The UN assistant secretary general said they would help the government in getting back the money if it wants.
